While the jars are in the m1 rsync repo the file permissions make them
inaccessible to non-committers. Fixing the m1 release process so this does not
happen would be highly desirable.
e.g.

-rwxrwx--- 1 myrnavl db 40 Apr 30 21:55 derby-10.5.1.1.jar.sha1
same for 10.3.3.0 although those have fuzzylogic as owner.
