10.5 branch open

The 10.5 branch is now open and the version is 10.5.2.1. Please check in 
any fixes that you would like to see in the next release or release 
candidate if there is one.  In Jira I added 10.5.2.0 and 10.5.2.1 and 
merged 10.5.1.2 into 10.5.2.0.
