I honestly wasn't sure it had. :-) I think since a release happened,
I feel more strongly that we should keep release notes separate, not
merge Jira versions, etc.

I don't really care what we call it. There is no reason that the
release notes have to describe the delta between the current release
and the immediately preceding one. I can build a 10.5.3.0 whose
release notes describes its delta from 10.5.1.1.
I bet users would appreciate that -- they wouldn't have fetch just the
release notes for each fix release. Get all the changes in one blast.
