Thanks, Dag, for checking so carefully for consistency with other syntax
formats. I've followed your suggestions, I hope. I'm attaching DERBY-495-2.diff
and a new version of the HTML file.
I wasn't sure exactly which example output you wanted replaced, so I just added
the new one. The more examples the better?
