Mike committed the last patches on Mar 07 2008 and Mar 08 2008.
The only concern I see left is that apparently there's an issue with the
message not reflecting correct behavior in upgrade mode - and apparently there
was a suggestion of adding something to the release notes.
But the code for this has gone in and has been released at least with 10.5 -
without the issue getting set to fixed or a release note getting added, so no
release note was ever provided, and so it seems to me Army's concern has gotten
resolved de facto, so now the error returned during soft upgrade is incorrect.
It seems to me this issue should be closed?
