Committed patch 2c to trunk with revision 830107.
I need to follow up with documentation, and also some specifics on how to
deploy the artifacts.
As far as a understand at this point, you can deploy using public key
authentication with maven. It is is preferable if you log into the system using
ssh afterwards to fix the file group permissions.
I'll give the deploy a try and provide another patch (mostly documentation, I
assume).
