Attaching a revision "b" of this patch, which moves the method from
TableOperatorNode to SetOperatorNode (more accurate here), and also removes it
from SingleChildResultSetNode (not needed). Added one more test case to
ColumnDefaultsTest to show that we do catch illegal DEFAULT inside subqueries
in an INSERT context, as well. Also fixed some mixed tab/whitespace resulting
from cut/paste work.
Changed the wording as suggested by Knut for releaseNotes.html, uploading new
rev.
