Thanks to everyone who has written a release note so far. All of the
notes pass the grammar checks performed by the ReleaseNotesGenerator. I
noticed that the following issue was marked as needing a release note,
but I can't find the release note:

Do any other issues targetted for 10.6 need release notes?
