Hi,
I tried to add the keyword to caIndetifier() but when the table name is a
keyword for example "RUN" caIdentifier() does not called. So can't use keywords
inside of caIdentifier(). So I use your method to fix it. It works properly in
my machine. Need a feedback before proceeding to test for ambiguities in the
grammar.
