If the goal is for Derby to recognize OrderByColumn is referencing an
expression which is equivalent to ResultColumn that is already present in the
SELECT and yet follow SQL standard as much as we can. I agree (+1) we must
make sure that if we change OrderByColumn behavior for use case (1) and/or (2)
and we don't change the behavior for use case (3).
