Thanks for testing this, Kathey! If there is no BootLockMinion.log, I guess the
spawned program never got as far as booting Derby for some reason. You should
be able to test the minion program standalone to see what happens, cf class
Javadoc in BootLockMinion.
That said, I have yet to test the new patch on Windows/cygwin, I'll get to that
today.
