Uploading derby-4179-junit-2, replacing earlier patches. This version uses
EmbeddedSimpleDataSource in the minion program, which hopefully makes it run on
a small device platform. I had no issues running the new test on Vista/cygwin.
Note: I cut down the waiting time for the child to start and boot Derby from
30s to 15s in the interest of speed, our regressions are taking longer and
longer. Is that too tight?
