Bug behavior facts: [Regression, Regression Test Failure] (was:

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Since the fix for DERBY-4279 was backed out, I haven't seen this again, so I'm
resolving this as 'could not reproduce'. If anyone has another suggestion on
how to handle this issue, feel free to chance status.
