As a subclass of ScriptTestCase can only process a canon file and the results
of running holdCursorIJ.sql in two modes are different, I have created
holdCursorIJ_client.sql and holdCursorIJ_embed.sql identifical with
holdCursorIJ.sql, accordingly I've created holdCursorIJ_client.out and
holdCursorIJ_embed.out.
