Derby 10.6.2 release

Hi there:
     I am interested of doing a 10.6.2 release. This is what I purpose:
        Draft Release Notes circulated - 9/7
        Release candidate – 9/14
        Testing and voting – 9/14 – 9/28
        Target release date – 9/29
 
     Since I am new to the release process, the date might vary depending on 
the 
situation.
 
     The release will be including:
·         Bug  fixes already in the 10.6 branch
·         Localization of 10.6.1 
     
     Please post on the thread if there is anything that should be included.
 
     The intension is to have this release ready before 10.7 release especially 
for any database corruption issue.
