I think the issue Kathey experienced is expected if ant clobber wasn't
performed before svn update. It should only happen once, since those files
won't be generated in an updated checkout.
The files Myrna found in bin are the scripts we generate at build time after
DERBY-3207. They went directly into the bin directory before Rick's changes,
but now they go into the generated directory too.
