Kim Haase updated DERBY-4870:
-----------------------------

    Attachment: DERBY-4870.zip
                DERBY-4870.stat
                DERBY-4870.diff

Attaching DERBY-4870.diff, DERBY-4870.stat, and DERBY-4870.zip, with changes to
the following:

M src/ref/rrefjdbc12124.dita
M src/ref/rrefjdbc1020262.dita
M src/ref/rrefjdbc41784.dita
M src/ref/rrefjdbcescapedate.dita
D src/ref/rrefjdbc27768.dita
M src/ref/refderby.ditamap

It turned out that not only did I have to modify the map file and remove a
topic, but I needed to fix the introductory topic rrefjdbc1020262.dita, correct
some syntax errors in two other escape syntax files, and move some corrections
that had been made in rrefjdbc27768.dita into rrefjdbcescapedate.dita.

Someone might want to check these over to make sure they're okay, but I'll
commit the patch early next week if I don't hear anything.

> In the Reference Manual:
> The SELECT statement comes after the SET statements, not before.
> The "ssl=sslMode attribute" topic is at the end of the attributes, after
> "user", instead of being in between slavePort and startMaster. It may be a
> shame to interrupt all the replication attributes, but the alphabet demands
> it.
> In the "JDBC escape syntax" section, there is a subtopic, also titled "JDBC
> escape syntax", which appears to have exactly the same content as another
> subtopic, "JDBC escape syntax for date formats". The duplicate topic with the
> duplicate title should be removed.
> These affect only the map file, except for the removal of the superfluous
> topic.
