Attaching derby-4882-01-aa-deleteDevguide.diff. This patch makes the "clean"
and "clobber" targets remove the top level devguide artifact. Committed at
subversion revision 1030028.
Touches the following files:

Introduces new variables for the artifacts created by the pipeline task.
Hopefully, it will be easy to tell the pipeline task to relocate this root.
