PMDWrapper.java
Attaching PMDWrapper.java, a table function which wraps parameter meta data.
Also attaching pmdwrapper.sql, an ij script which shows how to register and
invoke this function. As with RSMDWrapper and DBMDWrapper, this table function
can be deployed against non-Derby databases.
