I merged the refactoring change, revision 764912 to 10.5, ran upgrade tests
and checked into 10.5 with revision 105585. Later I ran the full suite with
the DERBY-4913 patch and saw these failures in the collation tests, perhaps
from an insufficiently removed single use database from the upgrade tests. I
will investigate and file an issue if it shows up in the nightly runs.
