Kim Haase updated DERBY-4573:
-----------------------------
Attachment: rrefsistabs79888.html
DERBY-4573.diff
Attaching DERBY-4573.diff and the modified rrefsistabs79888.html topic.
I wasn't sure whether to say
"Descriptor of the columns on which an UPDATE trigger has been defined"
or
"Descriptor of the columns on which UPDATE triggers have been defined"
I think they both mean the same thing, essentially. I went with the first one.
Hope that's okay.
> Reference manual is unclear about the purpose of REFERENCEDCOLUMNS in
> SYSTRIGGERS table.

> The Reference manual (applies to all the releases) says following for
> REFERENCEDCOLUMNS in SYSTRIGGERS system table
> "descriptor of the columns referenced by UPDATE triggers".
> This is confusing because it does not indicate whether the columns referenced
> by the triggering statement or the columns referenced by the trigger action.
> My suggestion is as follows but please feel free to reword it if required.
> "descriptor of columns on which UPDATE trigger has been defined"
