Attaching derby-4869-12-aa-xaAndPooledAborts.diff. This patch adds tests for
calling abort() on pooled and xa connections. Committed at subversion revision
1060557.
The tests disclosed bugs in the forwarding of the abort() call. Those bugs are
fixed here.
