Committed the backport, including 1 revision for DERBY-4307, with revision
1064388.
I had to make one modification; for some reason, the calls to
TestConfiguration.getCurrent().getPort() resulted in -1 when the strings static
global assignments. I moved them as final strings into the methods where they
were used, and that works.
