Resolution: Won't Fix
Although I can see where it would've been nice to pop in different lengths of
the bootPassword, for experimentation, I am closing this issue as won't fix,
because
1. We're moving away from the 'old' test harness to junit
2. We're trying to limit the number of properties that you can set for the
junit tests, because they're easy to create, but hard to control.
3. If there is concern about the length of the bootPassword, a proper test
could be added that does the exhaustive edgecase testing.
