Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
This has not been seen - not on 10.1 - since 2009.
And the test has been removed from trunk and relevant cases incorporated into
other tests since 2007 (see DERBY-1496). If it pops up again in 10.1 testing I
think we have no intention of fixing it, so I could close it as won't fix, but
for now, it's not been seen for 1 1/2 years...
