I linked to the Java SE 6 version of a document where several versions were
available, except in a case where the topic specifically referred to 1.4.2.
For a couple of topics I also updated some ancient Java EE terminology (changed
J2EE to Java EE, etc.), observing trademark rules where this was needed. I also
removed a reference to "Chapter 6", left over from before the DITA conversion
of these files.
I plan to commit this patch shortly, but feel free to suggest additional
changes.
