Clean jars in \sane on windows when derby is rebuild

While rebuilding the derby from sources(trunk) on windows, iif jars are already
in \sane due to a previous build, they need to be deleted manually.
Expected Output: the jars should be overwritten in \sane folder when a build is
performed
