In this test most fixtures create and later drop the table foo. If any of the
prior fixtures fail. On this day testCaseCS4595B_NonUniqueIndex DERBY-4550,
then the subsequent fixture will fail trying to create table foo.
I think I will just add to the teardown method to drop foo if it exists, so the
fixtures don't impact each other.
