Looks like a problem with the ordering of the test cases.
testParameterMetadataWithDECIMALParameters() creates the procedure PMDD, and
testParameterMetadataWithLITERALParameters() calls it and drops it. If the test
cases run in the opposite order, testParameterMetadataWithLITERALParameters()
cannot find the procedure and fails.
