Attaching derby-5016-17-aa-relnotesTransformer.diff. This updates the release
notes transformer to use the new 1.1.3 version of the eclipse doc plugin rather
than the old 1.1.2 version number. Committed at subversion revision 1097835 and
ported to the 10.8 branch at subversion revision 1097836.
