Thanks Kim. I think that's a good approach to documenting the unused deployment
descriptor flags.
Further muddying the waters, I have created DERBY-5235, a newcomer issue for
restoring the original java.lang.Integer.MAX_VALUE upper bound on VARCHAR
length.
