Perhaps you could use Jira's "Create Subtask" feature to create a separate
sub-task for each of the
ij[*].sql tests that you work on. That way, all the work is gathered together
under this issue, but each
sub-task can be worked on separately, with a separate set of patches, comments,
etc.
