It seems strange, it can't find cp. I am guessing some sort of environment issue on the Jenkins machine. I will watch the tinderbox and nightlies to make sure there is no issue with my change.

I tried to log into builds.apache.org but got permission denied. I am not sure what else to do to follow up on the Jenkins issue.
