I am not quite sure I understand your comment, perhaps you are asking
that I rephrase my request.
Looking at the Activity Stream for Jira login sreekanth.bat, there seems
to be a history of confusing issues, and comments that do not relate to
the issue or the project where they are filed.

This month they seem to be in DERBY, last month in ZOOKEEPER and other
projects before that.
I am wondering the purpose of these and would like them to stop if they,
as they seem, have no relevance to Derby or Apache and only cause confusion.
