Committed patch DERBY-4408-4.diff to documentation trunk at revision 1150706.
Merged to 10.8 doc branch at revision 1150712.
I'm not resolving the issue because of the problems with the svn:eol-style
property for lib/dita2htmlImpl.xsl and lib/map2htmtoc.xsl.
