The instructions on how to set up a docs environment -
http://db.apache.org/derby/manuals/dita.html - say the following:
> Add these DITA file types to your configuration file:

> *.dita = svn:eol-style=native
> *.ditamap = svn:eol-style=native
> *.out = svn:eol-style=native
There are no files named *.out in the docs repository, so I think we could
remove the last line.
