Myrna van Lunteren commented on DERBY-3002:
-------------------------------------------
I thought usually we mark 'release note needed' when there's some kind of
incompatibility with previous releases, and I was wondering what the
incompatibility was. Maybe the release note flag was set to explain this was
only an initial step in support for ROLLUP style GROUP BY? Or was there
incompatibility because of different performance of certain queries?
But as I've now marked this as fixed in 10.6.1.0, (which I think is the right
value), adding the release note won't really be of any use in generating any
release notes, and I don't think it belongs in the 10.8 release notes.
