Tests passed cleanly for me on this patch except for the following issues:
A) A trigger-related error in AlterTableTest which also occurs in a clean
subversion client without the patch.
B) Heisenbugs in NetworkServerControlClientCommandTest and
InvalidLDAPServerAuthenticationTest which do not seem related to these changes
and which do not recur when I run the tests standalone.
