Thanks, Mamta. I agree with you opinion concerning 10.8. Your understanding of
my patch is sorrect. As for the correctness of the resultset description my
concern was slightly different: I was wondering if the retrieved result set
description actually still describes the result set (for which we are
retrieving the metadata), if the ps has been invalidated and recompiled
(presumably after the result set was generated).
