Add an ant target that builds the JavaDocs and then zips them up into a bundle.
Introduced to achieve a higher degree of platform independence when pulling
JavaDocs from ci and build systems. In this specific case, it allows Hudson to
invoke an ant target instead of relying on a shell script or similar.
