Attaching derby-5469-01-ah-cleanedUp.diff. This adds java17compileclasspath to
the class header comment. Otherwise this is identical to the previous patch.
Since the patch seems to work in many environments (thanks for the testing,
everyone), I have committed it at subversion revision 1189174.
I intend to open a new issue to simplify PropertySetter. I believe that work
will make further wordsmithing of this patch unnecessary.
