nightly runs against trunk on windows using jdk16 failed 2 nights in a row with
errors in DriverMgrAuthenticationTest, reason: Connection authentication
failure occurred. Reason: userid or password invalid. Both nights tests
passed against all other jvm's.
This run got 10 errors with connection refused on many of them, will inline
errors in separate comment:
