---------------------------------------------------------------
Apprently this error happens due to a special fixture ordering in the new VM. I
observed similar fixture ordering in the runs that saw the error. I enclose a
version of AlterTableTest which uses fixed deterministic fixture ordering,
using the observed ordering in the erroneous runs. This reproduces the error on
my Solaris box fairly easily, although not on every run (about 50-70% of runs).
