For DERBY-5552 fix needed to add test for XA Lock timeout and check connection
validity and ensure transaction was rolled back and appropriate transaction
state. This was discussed done in XATest.testLockTimeout as part of the
DERBY-5552 checkin. Logging a separate issue since different people contributed
the fix and test.
