Attachment: remove-mono.diff
The attached patch removes the monohtml build targets. To test it, apply the
patch and then run "svn rm lib/fo2html.xsl".
I've run the all target, as well as the individual adminguide, devguide,
getstart, ref, tools and tuning targets, and they all appear to produce html
and pdf versions just fine in my environment.
