Hi Kim,
What Knut says. Credentials have been stored for user "mary" but not for MARY,
the DBO. Native authentication can't be turned on until credentials are stored
for MARY. I think that this will confuse users of NATIVE authentication just as
it confuses users of BUILTIN authentication. This probably indicates that the
NATIVE documentation should say something about the casing of Derby usernames.
