Hi Kim and Myrna,
Note that almost all of our message localizations are prepared by people who
don't appear anywhere as Derby contributors. When we discussed this issue in
the past, the conclusion was that these contributions are covered by the
committer's ICLA. The committer asserts that he/she has the right to commit
these contributions.
