Hi Dmitry,
Derby developers are working on a 10.9.1 feature release right now. If
we keep to our usual release cadence, 10.9.1 will be published this
spring. I can't be more specific because work on 10.9 has not finished
and no one has volunteered to manage this release yet.
I'm not aware of plans to produce a 10.8.3 maintenance release from the
current release branch anytime soon. Are you waiting for a particular
bug fix or feature?
