LocalizedDisplayScriptTest fails on JVMs that don't support EUC_JP encoding
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DERBY-5678
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-5678
             Project: Derby
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Test
    Affects Versions: 10.9.0.0
            Reporter: Knut Anders Hatlen

I tried to run LocalizedDisplayScriptTest on a JVM on which support for extra
encodings had been removed, and then it failed like this:

1)

According to the javadoc for java.nio.charset.Charset, JVM implementations are
only required to support these encodings: US-ASCII, ISO-8859-1, UTF-8,
UTF-16BE, UTF-16LE, UTF-16.

On platforms that don't support EUC_JP, we should skip this test. Or,
alternatively, we could change the encoding used in the test to one of the
encodings that are supported on all platforms.
