Thanks, Dag, I will work on this. As for whether the property is static or
dynamic, you say that it could be dynamic, but "Changing the value dynamically
is not recommended." It appears from the table in
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ref/crefproper22250.html that if a property
is system-wide only, it is always static. So I think it would make sense to
document it that way, if it's not a good idea to change it dynamically anyway.
